Peggy Taylor Reid

Peggy Taylor Reid is a lens-based artist. She has participated in artist residencies in Banff and Vermont. She is long time member of Gallery 44 where, in 2002, her work was exhibited in the Vitrines. She has been featured in many exhibitions in Toronto and the surrounding area. She is represented by Lonsdale Gallery. Her work has also appeared in Prefix Photo. Most recently she exhibited “Crash and Burn” at Toronto Image Works. “Crash and Burn” is a poetic investigation of issues related to food security. She is a recipient of grants from the Ontario Arts Council. Taylor Reid holds a BFA from the University of Ottawa, a B Ed from University of Toronto and a Diploma in Computer Graphics from Sheridan College.
